Registration

  • Registration for the Event is required. Attendees must provide accurate information during the registration process.

  • The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual who has not registered.


Fees

  • Attendance may be subject to a registration fee. Details regarding fees will be provided during the registration process.

  • Payment must be made by the specified deadline to secure your place.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • This event is non-refundable unless cancelled by the organiser.


CPD Points

  • CPD points will be awarded to attendees who complete the Event and meet the participation requirements as set forth by the relevant professional bodies.

  • Attendees are responsible for ensuring their attendance is recorded for CPD purposes.


Code of Conduct

  • Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner throughout the Event.

  • The Organiser reserves the right to remove any individual from the Event who exhibits disruptive behavior or violates these Terms and Conditions.


Liability

  • The Organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by attendees during the Event.

  • Attendees participate at their own risk.


Personal Information

  • Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of organising the Event and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.


Changes to the Event

  • The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, speakers, or location as necessary. 

  • Attendees will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.


Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
